We think it is only appropriate for The Birth of Coffee Blend to reflect coffee's origin. That is why we have personally blended this coffee to include two from Ethiopia - one from Harer and another from Yirgachaffe in the Sidamo growing region. We've also chosen an Arabian coffee from Yemen, where coffee still grows on ancient terraces.

Because two of these coffees are dry processed, they have a distinctly winey, more earthy, flavor. They are bold and robust, with a long aftertaste - the same flavor that swept the world in the 17th century!
